Like many renters, you may have the inclination to eventually buy your home. With so many costs associated with the purchase of a home, you certainly do not need the burden of hefty lease termination fees.  The Home Buyers Incentive Benefit dramatically reduces the lease termination penalty by 66% if the lessee purchases a home and terminates the lease. *

You are not required to participate in this benefit; however, to participate in the Home Buyers Incentive Benefit:

1. Prior to signing your lease ask if this benefit is available for the property you are interested in leasing. 
2. If this benefit is available for the property you are leasing, the Home Buyers Incentive Benefit will be added to the appendix of your lease for both the lessor and lessees to sign.
3. Upon taking advantage of this benefit while terminating your lease, you must provide documentation indicating your purchase of a home.
4. Congratulations, you are a homeowner!
